What’s this blog about?

My intention is to stay fit and push my body hard enough to stay in shape, not break down and have multiple adventures and experiences to comment on. I've every reason to not manage it including a very busy work schedule with a lot of travel, twin boys to play with, my want to be a good husband, good father and good friend and the fact that every year has shown that it takes a little longer to recover and a little easier to get injured. This blog will document the journey, the highs and the lows, what I learn along the way and hopefully give some useful advice and information.
